Abstract

THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF THE CONCEPT OF E-GOVERNMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SOCIETY TECHNOLOGIES

Purpose: the scientific observation of the role and importance of the concept of e-government in the development of information society technologies and the analysis of economic and power relations between the state and citizens in this range.

Methodology: factor, evaluation and statistical methods of the analysis.

Findings: based on the global challenges of the role and importance of the concept of e-government in the development of information society technologies grounded in the circle of the new realities.

Research limitations: the research process is not carried out in economic evaluations and econometric estimates.

Practical implications: the use of research results in the expansion strategy of the national "e-government" in the direction of preparing the concept "Azerbaijan 2020: A Look into the Future".

Originality: for the first time explores the economic and power relations between the state and citizens in the context of institutional formation of "Electronic Azerbaijan".
