Taking into consideration the theoretical empirical aspects there was considered researches of process of work in a fragmental context, the analysis of problems of the effective organization and modernization of labor was conducted, the appropriate results assisting to a deepening and perfection reforms oil and gaz producing  a complex on land are received. In research work also the analysis of application of the liberal economic technologies and modern mechanisms  strengthening increasing productivity of economic conditions raising to productivity is reflected and stimulations of work in formation of new tariff strategy.
