Dynamically growing hydrocarbonic potential ofCaspian seadictates new communication decisions on transportation of his oil riches the world market. Proceeding from these realities in clause a comparative context economic efficiency is analysed and the functional importance of the Caspian routes is appreciated. In synthesis geopolitic and economic forces the special accent is made on realization of project Baku-Jeyhan which will allow to get direct access of the Caspian oil on the markets of theMediterraneanand other regions of the world.
