ABSTRACT

The green energy potential of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which has important natural energy resources, is also highly valued. In this regard, the green energy resources of the liberated territories are of greater importance. Proceeding from this, these territories were declared a green energy zone and huge projects were launched here. All this, in turn, becomes the basis for the formation of green growth cosepts and is accompanied by multiplicative effects by expansion. The actual issue expands research in the scientific circle as well. From this point of view, issues such as assessment of Azerbaijan's growing energy capacity from a new circle of realities, the country's natural resources, energy insecurity, national oil strategy, new energy policy, green economy, national green energy potential, green growth concepts and their multiplicative effects have become the object of study.
