Abstract

Problems of development of urban public transport and

new environmental requirements motorization

Urban public transport system plays an important role in the livelihood of megacities. Real is that at the present stage the successful development of large cities is not possible without sustainable infrastructure and improved urban public transport. Based on this, in this article the problem of emerging environmental requirements for urban public transport and car ownership at the present stage become the subject of her research. The analysis of urban public transport systems in developed countries, given their assessment on the basis of the comparisons. Here, too, analyzes occurring in the relevant field of progressive trends and opportunities for application in Azerbaijan new governance mechanisms and environmental safety and a package of proposals on this issue.
