 The national oil strategy and new directions of development

 The purpose of the study for graphical synthesis of the imperatives of national oil strategy on the conceptual aspect, evaluation of the development potential of the energy sector at the present stage, as well as the rationale advanced modeling guidelines of the national oil strategy for near and medium term.How to set priorities in these benchmarks is put forward: the continuation of the search-intelligence work uvilichenie reserves, expanding infrastructure modernization, the establishment of modern oil and gas refining and chemical complex, the conversion of SOCAR in the full-length vertically integrated company, the implementation phase of the "Shah Deniz - 2" and new gas fields , accelerate the construction of the gas export pipeline TANAP (Trans Anatolian Pipeline) and TAP (Trans Adriatic Pipeline), continuous investment of human capital and promote the non-oil sector.
