Electron government: increased economic and

governmental affairs of state and citizens

Abstract

The article devoted on analyses and evaluation of the development of economic and governmental affairs of state and citizens on context of information-communication and «Electron-government» infrastructure. The problems of theoretical and practical researches, analyses of the branch norm creation problems, influence of the «electron-government» phenomena to the social-economic development, the role and importance of «Еlectron Azerbaijan» institutional creation in the formation of the new paradigm of the economic and government affairs and the development of the national ownership and business of citizens found its reflection in wide range herein. The factor of analyses, valuation and statistic methods used as the methodological instruments in the research process. The usage possibilities are implied in the direction of the broaden strategy of the national «electron-government» institution of the research results and Future of Vision development Conception.
