Abstract



The imperatives of the national oil strategy



Purpose - generality of the imperatives of national oil strategy for the conceptual phase, evaluation of potential energy development at the current stage and the reasons for complex modeling purposes of the national oil strategy in near and medium terms.

Design/methodology - trendnom and situational approach is based on the methods of diagrammatic modeling and forecasting methods of systematic analysis.

Findings - imperative justification of national oil strategy and future goals for modeling conceptual phases and its schematic representation of the structure.

Research limitation - lack of alternative assessment and prediction according to versatility variety of methods in establishing imperatives for national oil strategy

Practical implications- prospect for implementation of preparation model based development are defined by the imperatives of national oil strategy of energy sector

Originality/value - first time generalization reflects the imperatives of national oil strategy with in the conceptual stage
