Prospects of strategic development oil-gas processing the industries

ABSTRACT

In connection with strengthening of power safety of Azerbaijan, article is devoted to questions of development and reorganization oil-gas of a processing and petrochemical complex of the country. In her it is underlined that, extracted hydrocarbonic resources in republic go abroad basically to the raw form. Having the certain export potential of the enterprise of this complex, at present because of technological backwardness face problems of profitability, and also the home market cannot provide completely. Carried out analytical to validity shows that, the nearest decade in petro-gas of the extracted industry arising statistical and dynamic tendencies will result to fundamental changes in structure of Fuel and energy balance of republic. Therefore proceeding from realities power and economic efficiency, in republic the reconstruction of the processing oil-gas processing and petrochemical complex new oil-gas, adequate is necessary for universal standards and market requirements. Efficiency of such perspectivity in article with the carried out complex factorial analysis, in the system-target approach from the economic, technological and strategic point of view is expanded it is proved.
