PROSPECTS RATIONAL USE OF THE GROWING POTENTIAL OF NATURAL GAS OF AZERBAIJAN

Proceeding from a role of natural gas in strengthening power safety of Azerbaijan in article it is appreciated its growing resource potential and multiplicate efficiency. Optimum use of this potential demands formation of separate gas strategy on the basis of carrying out institusionale reforms and modernization of a branch infrastructure. Decrease to a minimum of export norm of the natural gas which has stayed at the order, liberalization of the internal gas market, creation of modern gas - industrial industrial complexes, in the innovative plan restuktization to abonent system and formation of a mobile gas technopolis are proved in article as priorities of new national gas strategy of the country.
