BANK OF CRUDE OIL QUALITY: REALITY AND PERSPECTIVES

Methodology and principles on functioning of the Bank of crude oil quality are discussed. Economic efficiency of such bank for the national economy is justified.

This is explained by expansion of nomenclature of oil products and efforts of refineries to change to production of competitive products, optimization of the network, improvement of production, ecological culture in order to develop market relations in oil industry.

It is shown tha t joint operation of Baku-Tbilisi-Jeyhan with other Caspian states will make these transportation project more optimum, and transportation tariffs will be reduced.
