Various options of determination of optimum operation period and productivity were investigated, calculations were carried out and obtained results allowed to develop a new production strategy.

Based on analysis, additional inner reserves have been identified for long-term efficient production, ways of efficient use of profit depreciation deductions as stable sources of investing and subsidies have been established.
