Tourism is approached as one of the priorities spheres of economic development ofAzerbaijan. It is substantiate as the existence of central execution organization realizing co-ordination and the separate low about tourism in the country, budget opportunities in a suitable direction, to stimulate free enterprise, scientific, public and special publications, the structure expanse of area and development personifying other components. In that case, as in all the spheres of Azerbaijan’s social-economic life, developing process in tourism direction is also expands and this increasing tendencies turns our country’s marketing research strategic plans in business involving context of tourism potential into other objective necessity.

The main base of any marketing research in modern economic tools system is determined by SWOT analysis method completing strong and weak sides, opportunities and dangers. From this point of view SWOT analysis which have been done by us arranges the follow appointments in formation of marketing strategy of tourism improving involving 2007-2012 years inAzerbaijan.

SWOT introduction shows that, attitude between strong and weak sides is not sharp enough. The weak sides’ neutralization opportunity during beforehand informing is large, the strong sides strengthening perspectives is clear and enough. It substantiates keeping an order internal and foreign political appointment and consistency, market principles of economic, advancement with development programmers of the area state.

In the next stage reciprocal situation of opportunities and risks, attituding opportunities and risks of the strong and the weak are turn to object of analysis. In this configuration the factor of competitors reduces the force of influence from for not intensity business competition. But as risk factor withArmeniais connected a disputed situation direct and indirect influence a problem remains. The world experiment show that durable determined peace political lasting in the time of staying face-to-face with long duration disputed matter are accompanied by progress in all directions business activity also in tourism area.

The result of SWOT analysis show that though there aren’t risks in this direction inAzerbaijan, their environment  factor ,work resources is the  potential ensuring sufficient  and development for business. To get their increase the work of improving of field normative law basis have to rise to proper universal standards, reinforce of tourism develop strategies of scientific basis and information guaranty, increase of favorable conditions in drawing of invitations are bunched up “Tourism house” in the area, building of own hotels and agrotourism sphere activities are enlarge to make the road intenfied regional airport building, generally to expedite all round  mobilizing process of tourism infrastructure. Deepening municipal reform will play important role in regional development. Paying attention to tourism business will enlarge their tax a vase, increase employment guaranty.

When Thomas Cooc (knowing as “Columb” of tourism business) first setting up the tourism agency in 1841, he believed tourism would play effective mechanism role against the bad habits. After this founding several perspicacity people understood that the place where they live isn’t so worth notice but their possible to set up amazing memorable condition and environment. Analyzing progressive inclination and prospect on tourism business inAzerbaijan we see. Their doesn’t need to think or virtual effort to create tourism resources. To develop business of tourism here there are bases in all directions and sufficient potential
