ABSTRACT

The scientific article is devoted problems to influence of global financial crises on development to economic and the further regulation of financial and economic relations in the world economy. Proceeding from this on similarity started global financial crisis of 2008 it is investigated the reasons and essence historical arisen in the world of financial and economic crises, and also preconditions and probable ways of an output from these processes and the phenomena. It is underlined, that the most effective tool counteraction of global crises will consist in transformation of conceptual principles of financial regulation on Islamic the base to economy. I shall prove it carrying out of the system analysis authors offers expansion and strengthening Islamic economic model, as more perfect alternative and perspective a paradigm a structure and formation of new world financial architecture.
