PROBLEMS OF MODERNIZATION OF FUEL-ENERGY COMPLEX

Modernization of continuously developing fuel-energy complex in the Republic is very important. Based on analysis of current status of fuel-energy complex the authors put forward institutional reforms and investment in this area as a priority. It is shown that development of appropriate strategy is crucial for deeper and further development of fuel-energy complex. More flexible infrastructure, complying with market economy principles, should be formed within the frame of this strategy.
