EFFICIENCY OF USE OF ASSIGNMENT AND FACTORING TECHNIQUES IN THE ENERGY SECTOR

Efficiency of the use economic techniques-assignment and factoring in the energy sector has been evaluated.

The scheme of the assignment turnover is presented formation of new economic relations and building of the civil society based on improvement of normative base of assignment and factoring operations have been justified. It is recommended to use efficient mechanisms of assignment and factoring for elimination of non-payment phenomenon in the energy sector.
